Ford & Lincoln Earn Variety of J.D. Power Dependability Awards

In J.D. Power and Associates’ Vehicle Dependability Study, participants were asked about problems they have encountered with their vehicle in the past 12 months. Each of the participants owned a three-year old vehicle and could select any number of 200 issues in eight categories.

Thanks to their continued efforts toward lasting value and reliability, Ford and Lincoln come out on top. The Ford Fusion won the midsize car award, the Explorer received the midsize crossover award, and the Lincoln MKZ got the entry premium car award.

The Lincoln MKX, Ford Ranger, and Ford Taurus also received high accolades.
